    Ten generations after the beloved, original TV collie Lassie hit the airwaves, a descendant, also named Lassie, is promoting a rescue mission. The collie is saving lives as an ambassador for “Save Them All” and encouraging adoptions to save lives of shelter animals through the Best Friends Animal Society.

Dean was White House counsel for the Nixon administration. As the 40th anniversary of Richard Nixon's resignation approaches, Dean has released his findings of about 1,000 recorded phone conversations Nixon had in the time leading up to his downfall as President of the United States."What I tried to do was piece together a day-by-day picture of how Nixon got into the mess he got into,” said Dean.

Now Brantly is himself a patient, fighting for his own survival in an isolation unit on the outskirts of Monrovia, Liberia, after contracting the deadly disease. The Texas-trained doctor says he is "terrified" of the disease progressing further.
