WALLED LAKE, Mich. (WJBK) -

Are you ready for an instant dose of spring?  Start with a mini home makeover and bring the fresh colors of the new season indoors.

"As we've all seen in both fashion magazines and in interior design, bright, strong color, electric brights, are the trend this season," said Jackie Schwartz with Home Interior Warehouse.

"This year flowers are everywhere," she added.  "Graphic black and white... is another very strong trend this season."

In Monica Gayle's video report above, Schwartz shows you how to catch spring fever and run with it.

Fox 2 viewers can also get an added discount at Home Interior Warehouse for a limited time.

"We are having a big sale through next weekend.  All the regularly priced merchandise in the store is going to be 30 percent off, but if the Fox 2 viewer tells me that they watched us on the 'Mix at Six,' you will get an extra five percent off," Schwartz said.

Home Interior Warehouse is located on Maple just east of Pontiac Trial in Walled Lake.  Learn more about them at www.homeinteriorwarehouse.com.
