Lanes reopen on I-75, I-285 after truck fire

All lanes are now open on Interstate 285 and Interstate 75 near Smyrna after an early Monday morning crash and fire.

Crews cleared an overturned tractor-trailer that caught fire in Cobb County. The ramp from I-285 westbound to I-75 southbound was also shut down while authorities inspected the overpass for damage from the fire. It is not known what caused the truck to overturn.

There are no reports of injuries.

According the Georgia Department of Transportation Website, the lanes are expected to be cleared by 12:30 p.m.
