Wife charged after stabbing 61-year-old husband in neck

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A man was hospitalized after his wife stabbed him in the neck Friday evening on the Southeast Side, police said.

The incident occurred about 7 p.m. in the 2700 block of East 84th Street, police said.

The 61-year-old man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in "stable" condition, police said.

Sheenella Dorsey, 55, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, police said.
