A 47-year-old man was arrested after allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend and making lewd comments and advances toward a Phoenix police officer.

According to a police report, Raymond Lee Miranda went to his ex-girlfriend's apartment without permission while her and her four children were sleeping on Thursday night.

Miranda was allegedly extremely drunk and punched her in the mouth when she told him to leave.

A female Phoenix police officer took Miranda into custody and while they were driving to the station, a report states Miranda made continuous sexual comments toward her.

Miranda allegedly told the officer to remove his handcuffs for they could have sex and described what he would do to her.

When they arrived at a Phoenix police station, the report states Miranda brushed the officer's groin area while handcuffed.

Miranda continued to make sexual comments while being taken to Maricopa County jail, according to the report.

The officer wouldn't respond to Miranda and, at one point, allegedly told her if he was able to make bail "you are mine."

Miranda faces charges of aggravated assault of an officer and attempted sexual abuse.
