Bree Turner: Do Not Look Real, It's Television

Posted: Updated:

Do you know what a "fuchsbau" is?  Neither did we til Bree Turner enlightened us.  It seems that's kind of hairy, not-so-lovely creature she plays on the drama series, "Grimm."  Bree talks all about playing a fuchsbau -- say it: fooks-boww -- on Good Day L.A. with Steve Edwards and Maria Sansone.

Fun facts about Bree Turner:

Turner was born in Palo Alto, California. Her father is former pro-football player Kevin Turner of the New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks and Cleveland Browns.

Bree is a competitive roller-skater and professional dancer. Turner was a background dancer in such hit films as The Big Lebowski (1998), She's All That (1999) and Mike Myers' Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999). She has since appeared in films like The Wedding Planner (2001), Joe Dirt (2001), American Pie 2 (2001), Sorority Boys (2002), Bring It On Again (2004) and Jekyll + Hyde (2006).

Landed her first speaking role in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo.

Born and raised in Liverpool, signed by an inexperienced agent named Brian Epstein, hustled into the studio with a genius producer named George Martin...and out of that session came a hit song called "Do You Want To Know A Secret." Now here's the twist…we're not talking about The Beatles.
