Town Pump Tavern's jalapeno poppers

Get this recipe courtesy of the Town Pump Tavern in Detroit.

Ingredients:
10-12 fresh jalapeño
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup minced grilled chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup caramelized onions
2 teaspoon chili paste
10-12 strips bacon
Prepared batter mix
Pablo breadcrumbs

Procedure:
Combine cream cheese, chicken, cheddar, bacon bits, onions and chili paste in large bowl.
Cut top from jalapeño and remove seeds.
Fill each jalapeño with cream cheese mixture and wrap with bacon securing with toothpicks.
Dip first into batter and then into bread crumbs and deep fry at 365 degrees until golden brown.
