Day Camp for children at the Howell Conference & Nature - Los Angeles News | FOX 11 LA KTTV

Summertime is day camp time at the Howell Conference & Nature Center

Posted: Updated:

Each June through August, the Howell Conference & Nature Center operates Day Camp for children in 1st through 5th grades.

Each week is filled with fun, fun, and more fun!

With themed weeks such as Wacky Water Week, Outdoor Adventures Week, Junior Zookeeper Week, and Survivor Week, a great time is almost guaranteed!

Children spend summer days learning and playing in our unique camp setting.

Camp activities have an emphasis on fun, recreation, environmental education, and traditional camp activities - archery, canoeing, swimming, fishing, crafts, scavenger hunts, zip line rides, and more.

Field trips to off-site locations, such as water parks and area zoos, are held weekly.

Campers can sign up for one day, five days, one week or every week. Before and after care is also available.
