Old is New Again: Local Elementary School Goes 'Glee'

Posted: Updated:

It used to be old-fashioned but thanks to Fox's Hit T-V show "GLEE" - some things long forgotten are making a comeback. At the Center for Early Education in West Hollywood they are taking 'A Cappella' to a whole new level.

More than 2 dozen kids are staying after school to learn how to blend their voices without the use of instruments.

It's called "A Cappella" or without instruments. Sounds easy enough, but when you have a mixed age group of kids, it can be very challenging. But musically, it can be the most rewarding.

After school music programs are being cut nationwide. But this program proves that musical art brings big smiles and great benefits to these students.
