One Meal. joined Lisa Breckenridge and her daughter Elise in studio today to share two fast, fun and fresh ideas to kick start the day. The best part? Mealtime can be a team effort. Catherine encourages parents to give kids age-appropriate jobs so they feel empowered and excited to try what they've helped create. Elsie was up for the challenge and showed how easy it is to get kids involved.
