We're taking a look at foods and exercises for your body type and how eating the right foods could help you shed pounds!

Pear Shaped Persons

Breakfast: Low Fat Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit and Granola

Diet Focus: Low Fat Foods and Low Fat Diary at every meal like milk, mozzerella cheese strings helps to break down fat cells in the bottom region

Snacks: Chocolate Milk, made with Dark Chocolate,

Exercises: Curtsy Squats & Lateral Hip Sway on Bosu

 

Apple Shaped Persons

Lunch: Tuna Salad with Avocado on whole wheat bread.

Diet Focus: Avoid refined Carbs, eat anti inflammatory foods like olive oil, avocado, salmon, lentils, hummus and eggplant to rev up metabolism

Snack: Hummus and Fresh Carrots

Exercise: Step Ups on Platform w/ Medicine Ball Press (High/Low Intensity Intervals) & Alternating Side Punches w/ Jumping Jacks

 

Box Shaped Persons

Dinner: Shrimp with Fresh Salad with veggies and LF Dressing

Diet Focus: Eating foods with lots of Iodine and Selenium, helps with thyroid issues and very slow metabolism

Snack: Sunflower Seeds, Seaweed Chips (LF)

Exercises: Plank-to-Push Ups & Overhead Plie Squats
