The List

Compromising Selfies

Posted: Updated:

Today we're talking about selfies, you know photos you take of yourself and then send to your friends, or post on social media for all to see.

And just because you can take a snapshot of yourself in a compromising position, and post it online, doesn't mean you should. In fact most of the time, you probably shouldn't. That lesson is at the heart of today's list.

  1. Here's Lindsay Lohan doing her best Lady Godiva pose. This again a typical celebrity selfie, there must be some form of either duck lips, that pouty pose, and some form of undress.
  2. Justin Bieber, the pop star has millions of followers clamoring for a glimpse of his 19-year-old Canadian self, and he doesn't disappoint sending out plenty of selfies, some of them topless, others show the underage performer enjoying mystery beverages.
  3. Heidi Klum is very busy on social media, and we often see selfies from her. apparently she was bored on her recent trip to bora bora and here's how she entertained herself, with the caption "smile".
  4. Jessica Simpson shared her baby bump with us, with the always popular in the mirror selfie.
  5. 'Weinergate' brought us several selfies from then congressman Anthony Weiner.  this is the one we can show you, this bare chested shot was sent to a woman who was not his wife.
  6. Ricky Gervais wanted some of that selfie topless action and prior to the golden globes he tweeted this photo to e! news with the question: "does this finally get me on your best dressed list?"
  7. My final and perhaps favorite one is this one, it's actually one I took, not of myself though.  Hey Geraldo you ain't got nothing on Mr. Edwards.
