DETROIT, Mich. (WJBK) -

Tens of thousands of screaming fans converged on Detroit's Joe Louis Arena Sunday for a concert by teen heartthrob Justin Bieber.

When the 19-year-old pop star's tour bus arrived, barricades outside the Joe came down and some fans say they were trampled. No injuries are reported. Bieber reportedly spit from a balcony in Toronto last week onto a group of fans waiting below. He's also had a long list of brushes with police over driving infractions, including a traffic stop in May in his $200,000 Ferrari.

Still, he has a throng of "Beliebers" and they came out in force in Detroit to cheer him on. Bieber is from Canada; he was discovered in 2008 through his videos on YouTube.
