Neighbors Rally To Support Norwood Family

Posted: Updated:

You saw this story First On Fox. Someone in a Delaware County neighborhood is leaving threatening messages on a family's car.

The reason? They're bi-racial.  One note threatened a one-year-old baby girl.   The family is convinced it's someone they know, living nearby in their Norwood community.

Now, neighbors are coming together, to show support for the family at the center of those threats.  They met at the corner of Chester Pike and McKinley Avenue Thursday night.

Many neighbors wore shirts, saying "Racism Stops Here."

The family was overwhelmed by the showing of support.  The mother of the family has no ill will towards whoever is leaving the notes.  She says she just wants them to get help.
