Police say two people suffered burns when a tent was set on fire by a man at a homeless camp in Cobb County.

The incident happened at Noonday Church Road and White Circle NW in Kennesaw. Police say someone poured gasoline on the tent where a man and woman were sleeping and set it aflame.

Cobb police say two people were sent to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. Their conditions were not known.

According to Mike Bowman of the Cobb County Police Department, there was a domestic dispute between the suspect and two victims.

A friend of the victims and suspect said that they had been living in the area for four years.
