PHOENIX -

You could call him the "Goodwill gawker." Police are looking for a man who they believe used a mirror on the floor of the changing rooms to spy on girls as they changed clothes.

Trying on clothes at a store, you don't think about someone next to you spying on you. But police say it happened at a Goodwill store.

Police say it happened just before 2 p.m. Sunday at the Goodwill store at 32nd Street and Chandler. A teenage girl was shopping with her mom.

Her dad asked us not to identify him or his daughter.

"My younger daughter soon to be 15 realized in the changing room the person next door... had a mirror and was watching her from underneath the doorway," the victim's father told FOX 10.

The girl screamed. Her mom came running up. The man fled on foot, leaving his car keys behind.

"The information from the police report was the mother actually chased after suspect, pulled up next to him, they had some words exchanged... 'I know what you were doing, who you are, I am calling the police,'" said Phoenix Police Sgt. Joel Tranter.

Police searched for the man but couldn't find him.

They say Goodwill employees had seen the man in the store a number of times and thought there was something odd about his behavior.

Nobody from Goodwill was available to talk about it on Labor Day.

Police say they've identified a person of interest and have a message for him.

"Call police, turn yourself in, we will talk to you sooner or later I guarantee you that," said Sgt. Tranter.

Police say while you shouldn't be paranoid about going into a changing room at a store, you should certainly be aware of your surroundings.

UPDATE: Phoenix Police made an arrest in this case Monday night. 63-year-old Victor Miguel Villalobos is facing viewing, taping or recording of a person charges.
