Ahi Tuna with Asian Slaw Seaweed Salad

Asian Slaw:
2 cup shredded savoy cabbage
1 Jicama
1 cup green beans sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped pickled ginger
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons ginger
2 tablespoons green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro leaves

1 pound sashimi-grade ahi tuna
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup sesame seeds
