Wednesday night marks the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah.

The holy day is marked by eating of found Challah break to represent the cyclical new year.

Adam Steinberg and Frank Alfano of Zadie's Bakery in Fair Lawn, New Jersey showed viewers how to prepare their signature Challah bread in the Good Day Cafe.
