Douglas County owes back taxes on seized drug money

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. -

Douglas County has discovered it has a tax problem on its hands.

The FOX 5 I-Team has previously reported that Douglas County District Attorney David McDade paid more than $200,000 in seized drug money to office staff for second jobs.  

Now, auditors have realized the county owes back taxes on that money.
