But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

PHOENIX (AP) - Owners of a chain of Mexican food restaurants in the Phoenix area are offering free food on Sept. 16 to show customers that their restaurants are safe and clean.

Maricopa County health officials say at least 52 people were sickened after eating at Federico's Mexican Food Restaurant in Litchfield Park on July 23 and 24.

They're still trying to determine what items were contaminated with the E. coli bacteria. The infection causes vomiting, cramps and kidney failure in some cases.

Federico's has 20 restaurants in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Sept. 16 is Mexican Independence Day.

Restaurant officials also announced Tuesday that they will donate 20 percent of Sept. 30's gross sales to the Arizona chapter of the National Kidney Foundation since E. coli impacts the kidneys.
