Government Shutdown Closes Nixon Library

Posted: Updated:

Due to the Federal Government shutdown, all National Archives facilities are closed including the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda.

The Richard Nixon Foundation, however, remains open for business as usual, and all booked events including civic, social and business functions with community groups will be hosted without interruption.
For information or to reach Foundation staff during regular business hours, please call (714) 993-5075 or online at www.nixonfoundation.org. Updates regarding the Federal shutdown will be posted frequently.

Visitors wishing to explore the Library's current special exhibit, Richard Nixon: Patriot, President, Peacemaker, may do so online at Nixon100.org.

Meanwhile, parts of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley remain open.
