Police are warning residents and seeking information about two suspects believed to be involved in at least seven gunpoint robberies in East Camden between Sept. 23 and Oct. 1.
Police describe the pair as Hispanic males between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 150-175 pounds. They have worn hooded sweatshirts of various colors during the robberies.
Some victims have been approached behind their homes or in their driveways. Others have been approached while walking along sidewalks. In each case, the suspects have wielded guns and demanded money in Spanish, according to police.
The robberies have occurred during the day and at night.
Police say city residents should be on alert for any suspicious persons matching this description and be mindful of their surroundings when coming or going from their home.
