Study Says Who You Eat Lunch With Can Affect Stress

You may want to ditch your co-workers and chow down at lunch alone, or even work right through your lunch break.

A new study finds that spending lunch time with colleagues you aren't comfortable with actually increases your stress level and could even make you less productive!

The research in the Academy of Management Journal also says working through lunch makes employees tired, unless it's their choice.

The key, researchers say, is freedom.
