An adorable rescue pup goes in for major surgery and comes out with a major problem.
FOX 29 first told you about Fonzie back in August. He was rescued from a puppy mill, but needed knee surgery after being kept in a filthy, small cage.
Well, when Fonzie came out of surgery, his owner realized he had extensive reconstructive surgery on the wrong leg!
According to Fonzie's owner, the surgeon was very apologetic and performed surgery on the correct leg the following week. Of course, it was done free of charge.
Fonzie's owner says he is in a lot of pain but will pull through.
