Police Seek Suspect in Inglewood Double Murder

Police today investigated a shooting in Inglewood that left two women dead and a man in critical condition.

Officers dispatched to the 11700 block of South Crenshaw Boulevard around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday to investigate a report of a shooting found the three victims suffering from gunshot wounds, said Inglewood police Capt. James Madia.All three were taken to a hospital in critical condition, and the two women later succumbed to their wounds, he said.

The deceased victims were identified as Crystallyn Nguyen, 18, and Dora Lee Dawson, 68, Madia said.Datwan Henderson, 22, suffered two gunshot wounds and was in critical condition, he said.

Earlier reports that a child was among those shot were inaccurate, Madia said.
