"You jerks are costing the country $12 million an hour!"
"You had one job to do and you failed!"
"I can't watch the panda!"
These are just a few of the talking points suggested on drunkdialcongress.org, where you can enter a phone number and be connected to the House of Representatives to tell them what's on your mind in the midst of the government shutdown.
Type in a phone number, and seconds later the number will receive a slurred call from a 1-800 number asking if the government shutdown makes you want to drink. Then he connects you to a congress member.
The site was developed by Revolution Messaging, a mobile-ad company.
The site also features government-themed drink recipes, like the "sleepy senator" or "bad congressman," in case you need a little extra fuel before letting off some steam.
The website has received mixed reviews. While many find it hilarious, one comment on a Buzzfeed post mocks, "Man our government is so stubborn and annoying. Let's show them how mature and intelligent we are by drunk-dialing them."
