SANTA ANA (KTTV) - A 42-year-old man has been arrested for sexually molesting a 12-year-old girl he 'friended' on Facebook.

Manuel Arevalo Parada, of Santa Ana, was arrested this morning for lewd acts with a minor whom he allegedly molested over a period of 3-4 months.

Law enforcement officials say that Parada communicated with the victim on Facebook and arranged to meet with her on multiple occasions.

Clippers owner Donald Sterling repeatedly consented to his wife selling the Clippers while facing the prospect of being stripped of the team by the NBA, then suddenly changed his mind and disregarded the terms of the family trust, Shelly Sterling's attorney told a judge today.
Shelly Sterling acted properly in removing her husband as a director of the family trust that owns the Los Angeles Clippers, and she has the authority to sell the team despite Donald Sterling's objections, a judge tentatively ruled on Monday.
