YOUNGTOWN, Ariz. -

Deputies say a suspect who forced his way into a Youngtown home and fatally shot a man and a woman Friday morning was tracked down to Banner Thunderbird Hospital's east parking garage in Glendale where he committed suicide.

Authorities say when deputies approached Jose Sotelo on the top floor of the parking garage near 59th Avenue and Thunderbird Road, he raised a weapon to his head and shot himself.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Lt. Brandon Jones said the male victim died at the home near 114th Avenue and Peoria.  The female victim died at a hospital. A second woman in the home was threatened, but not injured.

One neighbor who did not want to be identified told FOX 10, "Every now and then, they have traffic, but they don't have that much traffic anymore. Our streets been pretty quiet.  I mean one of the quietest streets in town."

Jones says it's believed Sotelo knew the victims, identified as 33-year-old Shawtah Eierdam and 41-year-old Adam Manns.

Jones stated,  "It is not known at this time how or why he chose this location and at this time the stolen vehicle has not been recovered."

The investigation continues.
