The 14-year-old and 12-year-old face criminal charges for their actions.

Weber responded with this piece:

From One Bully to Another: An Open Letter to Rebecca Sedwick's Bullies --(read it here)

Weber wrote it from her perspective as a former bully, play the video to hear point of the view as she talks to Fox 2's Lee Thomas.

Thomas also talks to Weber about her movie: The Bully Chronicles.

FROM THE MOVIE WEB SITE: The Bully Chronicles is a compelling docudrama that addresses one of the most prevalent issues in society: Bullying. The story follows Avery Keller, a beautiful and popular high school sophomore, whose systematic physical, emotional and cyber bullying results in the suicide attempt of her former best friend, Jessica Burns. The filmmaker explores Avery's life to uncover the reason why a seemingly 'perfect' young woman would engage in bullying. With the help of hidden camera footage taken by Jessica and her best friend, Brian Slater, the story unfolds through the discovery of documented, self-recorded video journals and confrontations with the bully. At times gritty and shocking, heartbreaking and poignant, The Bully Chronicles uncovers what's happening today in an eye-opening way.
