On Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, Max & Erma's will salute veterans and active military personnel with a free Best Cheeseburger in America Combo meal. Members of the armed forces will enjoy a cup of Max & Erma's signature Tortilla Soup or side house salad, a juicy, award-winning Cheeseburger hand-crushed from fresh, never frozen beef, with seasoned fries and one of Erma's fresh baked cookies.

Start with Fresh Ground Beef
Hand pressed- hand formed to 10 oz
Seasoned with Salt & Pepper- both sides
Cook on flattop or grill- approximately 4 minutes per side, or until desired temperature
On the last flip top with American Cheese and melt.
Using a toasted buttered Brioche Bun, top the bottom bun with iceberg lettuce, Fresh tomato, and 3 thinly sliced red onions.
Then top onions with freshly prepared burger and add bun crown
· Fresh Ground Beef mixed with Diced Red onion, Diced red pepper, Chopped garlic, beaten egg, Parm Cheese, Fresh chopped basil and rosemary, Panko Breadcrumbs.
