CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin said he will fully cooperate with the NFL's investigation into hazing allegations.

Veteran offensive lineman Richie Incognito was suspended from the team indefinitely on Sunday. He's accused of sending taunting and racially charged texts to his rookie teammate Jonathan Martin.

Martin left the team last week and is being treated for what's being called an emotional issue.

"If the review shows that this is not a safe atmosphere I will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that it is," Philbin said.

A poll in The Sporting News voted Incognito the league's dirtiest player in 2009.

"Bullied: What Every Parent, Teacher, and Kid Needs to Know about Ending the Cycle of Fear" author Carrie Goldman weighed in on adults bullying adults on FOX 32 News at Noon on Tuesday.

Goldman spoke on how despite what people think, it is possible for one grown man to bully another, even if they are both big, strong NFL players. She said it can happen to anyone.

The expert explained the three signs that determine whether someone is being bullied. She also explained why fighting back will not always drive a bully away.

Clinical psychologist Dr. Daniela Schreier weighed in on adult bullies in the workplace on Good Day Chicago Wednesday morning.
