CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

They call the United Center the house that Jordan built. But, the house Michael Jordan really built is up for auction.

Jordan says he's selling the 56,000 square foot mansion in Highland Park because his kids have grown up and he doesn't need a big house in Chicago anymore.

If you need a full-size basketball court, 15 heated garage spaces, or a big "23" on your gate, you can bid. The catch? You have to make a $250,000 deposit to bid.

The former Chicago Bulls star's home was originally listed at $29 million in early 2012. Now Concierge Auctions is handling the sale. The house is expected to go for somewhere around $21 million.

Concierge Auctions says the sale will take place Monday. The company runs the sales of high-end real estate and features Jordan's Highland Park home north of Chicago on its website.

In touting the home, the auctioneer says it is "immaculately landscaped" and "offers the ultimate in privacy and luxury."

The more than seven-acre estate‘s amenities that include a gentleman's retreat, nine bedrooms and a pool pavilion. The gentleman's retreat comes complete with a billiard parlor, fireplace, library, a full wet bar and the original doors from the Playboy Mansion in Chicago.

Jordan now owns the Charlotte Bobcats.
