'Gobble it up! A rafter of recipes for leftover turkey'

You can use that leftover turkey for more than sandwiches. Joan Legro Bushnell is the author of 'Gobble it up! A rafter of recipes for leftover turkey.' She shares some of her recipes with us in the Fox 2 Kitchen.

The book contains more than 60 creative ways to deal with leftover turkey including: Sloppy Toms, BL-Double-T Bites, Quick Skillet Supper, Mexican in Minutes, Tom Tom Casserole, Turkey Lunch Ka-Bobs, Stuffed Eggplant a la Grecque with Tzatziki. The book also contains many recipes with ground turkey, just in case you're craving turkey and are out of leftovers.
