How to catch Santa Claus on video

Posted: Updated:
MYFOXNY.COM - For 39 years on the night of Christmas Eve, John Brancaccio stalked Santa Claus.

"Just that glimpse of Santa coming down the chimney, putting presents under the tree," he says. And for 39 years that jolly old elf has eluded John. But this Christmas that all changes.

"My sons were blown away," he says. "They couldn't believe anyone actually caught Santa on tape."

After a lifetime of creeping, peeping, and narrowly missing Kris Kringle, John and his wife finally caught Father Christmas on camera delivering presents. Now they've turned their top-secret method into a business.

"We actually spend time on each individual living room," he says.

For $20 and a photo of your living room (to help with scouting) john can provide a high-quality video of Santa delivering your presents, putting an end once and for all to a lifetime of holiday failure.

"It's really easy," he says. "All you need is a cell phone or a smartphone or a camera."

Find someone, anyone, with cable TV who hasn't had at least one miserable experience dealing with that company's customer service people and you've accomplished something we couldn't. But in fairness to the cable companies, whose business model at this point resembles that of a cartel, as customers we don't always handle system outages or the explanations for them in the most mature fashion.
