1/2 oz Chiffinoded Spring Mix (can use your favorite greens)
Fish Taco Instructions:
Heat Sauté Pan or Cast Iron with one (1) TBL spoon of oil, dredge Tilapia Fillets in Blackened Seasoning. Wait till oil is hot then place seasoned side of tilapia in pan. Sear for two minutes then flip the fillet and sear other side for two minutes. Once Fish is crisp take off pan place on warmed flour tortillas. Place Cucumber Slaw on top of Fish then top it off with Chiffinoded Spring Mix.
Cucumber Slaw Ingredients
2oz of Cucumber
2oz of Red Pepper
2oz of Red Onion
Marinade with: ¼ cup sugar, 1 cup rice wine vinegar,
½ cup of Mai Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
Slaw Preparation Instructions
Cut the Veggies Julienne Style then place in small mixing bowl. Pour Marinade mix over cut veggies and refrigerate for, One (1) hour. Take out of refrigerator and top tacos with freshly made slaw. *one whole ingredient (Vegetable) will yield six (6) servings.
