PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect who was caught on surveillance shooting a man.

According to police, the suspect is a black male in his mid-30s. During the robbery, he was wearing a blue puffy suede jacket with a white thermal underneath. He also had blue jeans, blue hat, tan boots and was armed with a long barrel handgun.

Police say that the suspect attempted to rob two young men on December 29th at around 11:46 a.m. The incident happened on the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue, say police. Authorities say that the suspect fired his gun at one victim as the victim was surrendering his phone. The suspect then ran on foot from the scene, say investigators. The victims are in good condition, say Philly Police.
