Brittney Palmer's Killer Ab Workout

Brittney Palmer is a UFC Ring girl and health & fitness expert. Brittney says 70% of the population is overweight, and 35% is obese. At the same time, we've never had more gyms, personal trainers, and fitness books.  She talks more about this on her fitness blog at BrittneyPalmer.com, where she gives more tips on being healthy and eating right for your body type. 

This morning, she took the folks at Good Day LA through her killer ab workout, called the "UFC Sexy Octagon Girl Ab Routine", which is a type of circuit training. It takes about 15 minutes if you don't stop in between. You should do this exercise 5-6 times a week.
