How to make crepes from Oye Crepes

Oye Crepes will take part in Motown Winter Blast's Taste of Detroit happening Feb. 7-9.

Basic Crepe recipe for viewers to make at home.
Recipe makes 8 crepes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch table salt and
1 ½ teaspoon vegetable oil.

Directions:
In a blender combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush with oil. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. Cook 2 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

Sweet Crepe:
Spread Nutella on the crepe. Fold it over. Spoon strawberries and bananas on the crepe. Drizzle chocolate sauce.  Fold the crepe over and  enjoy.

Savory Crepe
Fold the crepe in half. Add a handful of cheese, add veggies of your choice, drizzle spicy mayo sauce or balsamic vinaigrette. Fold it over and enjoy.
