PHOENIX -

A hunger strike that was supposed to last two weeks outside Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters in phoenix came to an early end on Tuesday night.

A group of immigration activists have been camping outside of the ICE building in downtown Phoenix since Feb. 17.

But, the protest ended Tuesday night when police arrested two supporters, Carlos Garcia and Erika Andiola.

They also confiscated most of their supplies.

The group is protesting and fasting to get their loved ones released from ICE.

They're hoping to send a message to President Obama to stop deportations of people in the country illegally.
