Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - A recent study found people who live in Chicago are likely to hit the snooze bar in the morning.

According to fivethirtyeight.com, Chicagoans generally show up for work around 8:02 a.m. - that's almost ten minutes later than the national average.

The website says the latest sleepers in the country live in the Big Apple. New York City's typical work day doesn't start until 8:24 a.m.

Those who live in Boston typically get to work around 8:11 a.m.

The earliest-risers live in Hinesville, Ga., where the typical employee is at work by 7:01 a.m.
