ROSWELL, Ga. -

Roswell Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for shooting and killing two men on Thursday afternoon.

Stephen Heller, 31, of Marietta was arrested and charged with two counts of Homicide in connection with the slayings.

According to the Roswell Police Department, Nicholas Farrell Abry and Spencer David Long, both 20, were shot to death inside a car.

The shooting occurred at 125 Lynwood Road in Roswell around 3:00 p.m.

Abry lived at the home where the shooting occurred outside. Long was visiting Abry and both were sitting in Long's Mazda SUV outside the home when police say Heller opened fire on them.

Heller was arrested after the crime on a suspended license. Police were able to connect him to the crime once they located the murder weapon and the dealer drive out tag on his car.

Authorities believe the motive in the shooting may be a dispute over money however the investigation will continue.

Heller is currently being held at the Roswell Detention Center; he will be moved to the Fulton County Jail.
