Bloomington man, 31, accused of stalking 10-year-old girls

Posted: Updated:

Police say he's been on their radar for quite some time, but a 31-year-old Bloomington man is now behind bars after he was accused of following a pair of 10-year-old girls in a grocery store parking lot.

Even though Adam Conley Frazier is currently in custody, the parents of the two girls are extremely concerned that he could soon be out and back on their daughters' trails.

The victims' parents tell Fox 9 News Frazier followed the two girls for quite a ways before they noticed they were being followed.

"The car kept circling the parking lot and kept coming back up around them," one parent who wished to remain anonymous told Fox 9 News. "Sometimes, it would sit in front of them. Sometimes, it would be right next to them. Sometimes, it would be behind them -- but it just kept circling around them."

The girls were scared and didn't know what to do. Both say Frazier wouldn't stop following them, and the parents say he didn't seem to care who noticed.

"My daughter said people were honking at him on the street because he was going so slow, 'cause he was sitting so close to them and making crazy faces at them," the parent explained.

The two girls made it back home but Frazier was still close behind. Luckily, a parent inside looked right at Frazier, wrote down the license plate, and Bloomington police found him a short time later

But the story doesn't end there. In March, police slapped Frazier with a no trespassing order on all Bloomington Public School properties because he was apparently watching middle school-aged children. According to police, a concerned citizen made a simple but important call in that case.

"If you do see anything suspicious -- someone loitering around a school, somebody that just does not look right around day cares or places that children frequent, give us that call," Chief Deputy Rick Hart urged.

Police also confirmed that Frazier was arrested, tried and acquitted of indecent exposure several years ago in Shakopee.

For now, Frazier is in the Hennepin County Jail on $30,000 bail for felony stalking -- but the young girls' parents say their daughters are worried that he won't stay there, and they're still shaken.

"She's not the same girl she was when she left that day," one parent admitted.
