Police say a 28-year old woman started a fire at the home she shared with her boyfriend.Police were the first to respond to the scene at 11:54 p.m. and flames were already visible through the roof when they arrived. The fire significantly damaged the inside of the home.
Rutterow’s boyfriend was found uninjured on the property soon after a search for Rutterow was conducted. About 5 hours later officials say Rutterow walked out of nearby woods where she had been hiding.
Neighbors informed police the couple engaged in a domestic dispute prior to the incident.
