 The Brazilian Burger

Ingredients:

Half pound hand packed beef patty
Kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper(to taste)
1 egg
3 strips cooked bacon
Clarified butter(as needed)
1 Brioche hamburger bun
Thinly sliced red onion
2 thick tomato slices
Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
Corn Kernels
French’s Potato Stix
1 oz. mayo and ketchup mixed 50/50
1 ounce slice of Tillamook Cheddar

Method:

Season the burger with salt and pepper, and then grill to your liking.
As your burger is grilling fry the egg in a Teflon pan. Over easy is best.
When your burger is nearly done top with the cheese to melt it.
Butter the bun and toast by placing the buttered sides down on the grill or griddle.
Using the pan from cooking the egg heat up the corn kernels.

Staking procedure:

Spoon half the ketchup/mayo mix on the bottom bun and half on the top bun.
On the bottom bun, on top of the ketchup/mayo place your thinly sliced iceberg lettuce followed by the red onion and tomato slices.
Next place the burger with the melted cheese on top of the tomatoes.
Stack the bacon strip on top of the cheese.
Carefully spoon the corn kernels on top of the bacon, and then add the potato sticks.
Gently place the egg on top of the potato sticks.
Lastly place the top bun and finish with a 6” skewer to hold it all together.
Serve with potato chips or more potato stix.
