TEMPE, Ariz. - A man is in the hospital after he was shot in the hand near McClintock & Apache.

Officers were called to the home just after 9 p.m. Tuesday evening for the shooting.

Paramedics took the victim to the hospital where is is expected to survive.

Authorities say there is no danger to the public but they have not released details on the shooter.
