This position performs general secretarial duties, including but not limited to answering phones, typing, data input, use of Microsoft Office programs, scanning/photocopying, filing/indexing and drafting of correspondence. May also draft basic licensing agreements and maintain a database to track the status of contracts, including program license and employment agreements.
Must possess excellent secretarial and organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Attention to detail and strong proof-reading/editing skills essential. Database and legal experience a plus.
